dairy dose
Developed in response to the COVID—19 pandemic in 2020, Dairy Dose is a psychedelic inspired take-out restaurant attached to The Market in Columbus, OH, which is designed for the dine-in experience.
The global pandemic flipped our dining experience in a completely new direction, requiring all restaurants to be take-out only. We created an entirely new brand for The Market, from start to finish in one week. Dairy Dose is considered a successful revenue generating business during an unpredictable time period.

Working closely with the restaurant, I designed Dairy Dose using bold colors, shapes, patterns, and copywriting to translate the mature theme in a playful, family friendly way.
The packaging is simple in design to balance off the messy comfort food, and for ease of producing the orders. Keeping the packaging simple is also an effective cost saving solution.
Some of the assets I created for Dairy Dose brand include paper menus, easy packaging (stickers/paper/cardboard), outdoor signage, photobooth cutout, social media graphics, masks & apparel, a working sticker vending machine, a website, and animated gifs for Instagram.
Columbus was enthusiastic about Dairy Dose, so we opened a second location at The Crest. Both restaurants stayed open until winter 2020, serving brunch, dinner, and dessert.
